The technician showed up on time, friendly and ready to dive right in. I could tell they had serious know-how. He took a look, diagnosed the issue with the disposal, and had it spinning like new in no time! Love when service matches the hype. Plus, the pricing was straightforward—no surprises, just like they promised. If you're in San Jose and dealing with insinkerator customer service or any appliance issue for that matter, do yourself a favor and call them.
